⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Care & Highly Recommend I cannot praise AIM Healthcare enough! Every single member of the team is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take time to listen properly, never rush you, and treat you with such kindness and respect. I’ve been having the rebalance bed, red light therapy and compression sessions, and the difference has been fantastic. My stiffness has improved so much and my pain levels are far more manageable. The clinic is spotlessly clean, calm and welcoming—you immediately feel at ease the moment you walk in. What stands out most is how attentive and supportive everyone is. Everything is tailored to you, they always check how you’re doing, and they genuinely go above and beyond. It’s such a relief to find somewhere that truly understands and cares about your wellbeing. I started treatment of ice therapy 3 minutes, followed by infa red bed 21 minutes finished off with pure oxygen 50, minutes.i do this cycle once every week and have been on this journey for over a year.my inflammatory arthritis has become dormant and i have been signed off from the hospital plus no medication needed.i have not had a cold ,flu,or any other ailments since .my decision for alternative treatment was i look after 6 grandchildren all under the age of 7 years old and i  did not want my autoimmune to be compromised as we all know the little ones carry so many bugs .i recommended to my husband who saw a vast change in my well-being to join me and have his own journey for treatment.he has his own story to tell.i would recommend to family and friends also if they have underlying problems worth a visit, consultation and tour around aim health .just to check out all the great things they are doing.

Aim Health was recommended to me by a friend who had heard about them on a podcast. After recently being diagnosed with ME/CFS, I was really struggling with debilitating fatigue and brain fog. Following a wellness assessment, I was advised to try Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Full Body Red Light Therapy, and the Rebalance Impulse Bed. I’ve now been attending Aim Health twice a week for the past month, and I honestly can’t believe the difference in myself. The brain fog has lifted, and the fatigue is no longer as crushing as it was before starting the therapies. I can’t recommend this fantastic place enough. Every visit is so relaxing — I call it my happy place! From the moment I started with Aim Health, I felt supported and understood. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience even better. I have never felt such immediate relief from such a chronic problem..ever! 7 years ago I wasn’t able to walk or sit for any length of time for 5 months. I had herniated a disc in my back and it prevented me from working, walking, running, golfing, gardening and anything else I enjoyed doing. Last week I was in the gym and knew immediately my back had been hurt again. After spending 2 days unable to walk or sit again I was terrified of what the future might hold. I called Conor and he immediately suggested to try their Thor Laser Treatment. He did warn me the effects may not be immediate (I’m sure that’s correct) but the relief was almost immediate. Within 2 hours I was walking pain free and have been for 3 days now. These guys are brilliant and offer some amazing treatments. More people should know what they do. I have been using the rebalance bed to help improve my poor sleeping routine. I was surviving on 1-3 hours maximum sleep prior to using the bed but after 4 sessions my sleeping  and mental wellbeing has improved immensely. I have used AIM Health on over ten occasions. My experience has been positive throughout. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I have found a marked improvement in my cognitive function (which has been problematic due to Long Covid) after undergoing a course of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I have also begun to see improvement in my sleep pattern - I have had 4/10 sessions on the rebalance bed sleep programme. Great customer service with really friendly and informative staff. Amazing facilities for improving physical and mental wellbeing. It has really helped me in preparation for my first marathon. Definitely recommend, especially the red light, cryotherapy and hyperbaric. Visited AIM Health to help with recovery and circulation following a recent injury whilst visiting the Wirral. The compression treatment felt therapeutic and beneficial and I plan to go back for further sessions before leaving.
