AIM Health Hoylake is closing

Dear Aim clients,

It is with real disappointment that we write to let you know AIM Health Hoylake will be closing its doors on Saturday 31st October 2026.

This was a painful decision for us, but sadly unavoidable. We opened the clinic to offer a different kind of care than is generally available, and working with you has been a genuine privilege. We are very grateful for the trust you placed in us and for the support you have shown the clinic.

What this means for you

If you have active credits, we would encourage you to use them by the end of October. Please contact us in the usual way to book.

If you have prepaid for treatments that you will be unable to use before we close, please contact us by Friday 23rd October so we can discuss this with you.

Your information

All personal information we hold for marketing and general contact purposes (including mailing lists and enquiry details) will be permanently deleted in line with data protection law. Your records will be kept securely for the period required by law and professional guidance, and then permanently and securely destroyed. They will not be used for any other purpose.

Looking ahead

We are exploring the possibility of continuing to provide some of our treatments at another location. More details will follow as soon as we have them.
