Kundalini Yoga

At 63, I feel fully alive, energised, and deeply connected — and I know this vitality is available to everyone. Over 20 years ago, I faced stage 4 leukaemia and myelofibrosis, a journey that transformed not only my body, but my spirit. Through faith, inner strength, and a life-saving bone marrow transplant from my brother, I discovered the profound power of trust, presence, and connection to the Infinite.

Kundalini Yoga became a natural continuation of this path. It is a practice that works with body, mind, energy, and consciousness — helping to awaken life force, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner power.

I trained as a certified teacher with Kundalini Research Institute and continue my studies in the Level 2 programme. My classes use a Kundalini Yoga Light approach — gentle yet deeply energising — focusing on building vitality, balancing the nervous system, and strengthening  body, mind and spirit.

A key part of my teaching is mantra. The vibration of sound resonates through the body, awakening energy in every cell and supporting deep alignment, clarity, and inner harmony.

Tuesdays at 5:15 pm — each class combines kriya (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, relaxation, and mantra, offering a complete experience for body, mind, and spirit.

My aim is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, restore your energy, and remember your own inner strength.
